The facility is a new three story classroom building designed towards students and educators looking to advance in fields such as Institute of Child Development, TCU Energy Institute as well as the Idea Factory a place for fostering entrepreneurship outside of the business school. This project was particularly difficult with its extremely small site plan and surrounding functioning facilities.
