Exterior vision glass makeup in storefront ¼” PPG Grey over ¼” Clear with soft coat Low E on #3 surface, vision glass in fixed windows ¼” PPG Clear over ¼” Clear with soft coat Low E #3. Automatic Bi-part aluminum sliding glass entrance doors with custom hardware manufactured by Keane Monroe.

This 142 room five story facility with 14,000’ square feet of flexible meeting space was constructed because of the growing need of hospitality space and overnight stay capabilities due to the fast growing southern sector of Dallas county business community partners.
